Job Description:
As a Customer Care Officer at Qatar Rail, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by assisting passengers with their inquiries, complaints, and feedback. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in maintaining a positive brand image for the company. In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to develop your customer service skills and learn about the operations of a leading transportation company in Qatar.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Passionate about providing exceptional service to customers - Dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations - Strong teamwork and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent in English and Arabic - Knowledge of transportation systems and procedures is a plus
