Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team at Meddy in Doha, QA. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Working closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer care - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
