Job Description:

Qatar Science & Technology Park is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and a strong ability to adapt to different situations and customers. This is a part-time position, suitable for those looking to balance work with other commitments.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Documenting customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Staying up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide solutions effectively - Excellent adaptability and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
