Job Description:

Estithmar Holding, a leading investment firm based in Doha, QA, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update databases - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Meet customer satisfaction goals and KPIs - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
