Remote Customer Care Representative

Snoonu is looking for a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles and possess strong project management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery - Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Experience in project management and people management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and Arabic languages is preferred
