Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job description:


As a Customer Care Representative at Al Shaqab, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests visiting our prestigious equestrian center in Doha, Qatar. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and support, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires a high level of interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to creating positive customer experiences.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services, programs, and events - Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner - Assist with booking appointments, tours, and other reservations - Maintain accurate customer records and information in our database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Act as a brand ambassador for Al Shaqab, promoting our values and mission to all customers - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and adaptable mindset - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace - Knowledge of equestrian sports or horse-related activities is a plus - Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic is a plus)
