Job Description - Remote Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team at Qatar Museums. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. We are seeking someone who is resourceful, energetic, and possesses strong decision-making and project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed - Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns and exchanges - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision
