Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team at Mall of Qatar in Doha. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patrons, ensuring that each individual has a positive experience while visiting our mall.


Responsibilities: - Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with finding products, services, and amenities within the mall - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the mall layout, store locations, and current promotions - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer support - Collaborate with management to develop and implement customer care strategies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and exceed expectations - Assist with special events, promotions, and customer loyalty programs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and energetic personality - Attention to detail and strong project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
