Job Description:
Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a driven and resilient personality. Attention to detail and creativity are essential soft skills for success in this role.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with placing orders or resolving issues - Document all customer interactions and ensure that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the relevant teams - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment - Driven and resilient personality with a strong work ethic - Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve customer problems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is a plus
