Job Description:
Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Representative to work from home in Doha, QA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. This part-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families, serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from patients and their families in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist patients with scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, and navigating the healthcare system. 3. Address any concerns or complaints from patients and work to find a satisfactory resolution. 4. Conduct research and negotiate with healthcare providers on behalf of patients to ensure the best possible care. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication with patients and healthcare providers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients. 7. Stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures to provide accurate information to patients.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Proficiency in using basic computer programs and systems. 5. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to research and negotiate effectively. 7. Must be reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
