Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved - Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently - People management skills to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Driven to exceed customer expectations and achieve results - Ability to work from home and maintain a productive work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
