Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility of working from home. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service - Collaborate with team members to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer concerns effectively


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed


Personality traits: - Dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Driven to exceed performance goals


Soft skills: - Problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively - Decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries confidently
