Job Description:
Hilton is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate for this role should be reliable, driven, and possess strong presentation skills with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities: 1. Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Handling guest inquiries and providing accurate information about hotel services and facilities. 3. Assisting in resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Processing check-ins and check-outs for guests, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. 5. Maintaining a neat and organized front desk area. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. 7. Upholding Hilton's standards of customer service excellence at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong presentation skills. 4. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in MS Office suite and hotel management software. 7. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
