Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resourceful, possess strong leadership skills, and have a creative mindset.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Availability to work a flexible schedule
