Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Mall of Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Assisting customers with product purchases, returns, and exchanges. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Providing information on promotions, events, and activities happening at Mall of Qatar. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 4. Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Must have a dedicated and reliable home workspace with a high-speed internet connection.
Personality Traits: 1. Dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 2. Confident in handling challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
Soft Skills: 1. Emotional intelligence to understand and connect with customers on a deeper level. 2. Leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members.
