Job Description - Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles and who possess strong emotional intelligence and communication skills. As a Remote Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members of the organization.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing information about services, facilities, and medical procedures to customers - Scheduling appointments and managing patient records accurately - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Utilizing various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers - Demonstrating empathy and patience in all interactions with customers - Maintaining a positive attitude and representing the organization in a positive light


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices is a plus
