Job Description - Customer Service Assistant


Job Description:


Silatech is currently seeking a reliable and resilient Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the daily operations of our organization.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with product information, orders, and returns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conducting analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure clear and open communication channels - Following company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of customer service


Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
