Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Qatar Solar Technologies. As a part-time Associate level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and a passion for delivering high-quality assistance to customers.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat - Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in the database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing feedback to management on customer issues and trends - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong people management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
