Customer Service Assistant

Overview: QatarDebate is seeking a reliable and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and supporting the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our programs and services - Assist customers with registration and payment processes - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistical support - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to think strategically and contribute to planning processes - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus - Must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be driven to exceed customer expectations
