Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Assistant at Woqod, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently - Process orders and handle payment transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns - Continuously look for ways to improve the customer service process


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Confident and energetic personality - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work well in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Must be able to work on a part-time basis
