Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work from home in Doha, Qatar. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess personality traits such as resilience and hard work, as well as soft skills like problem-solving and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing support and assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities - Identifying and implementing improvements to customer service processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications - Availability to work part-time hours from home
