Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Silatech is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work from home in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. This role requires a high level of passion for assisting others and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing assistance to customers with account related issues, product information, and order status updates. 3. Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any concerns or complaints effectively. 4. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. 5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
