Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Snoonu is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders and provide information on product offerings - Assist with customer retention efforts and follow up on customer feedback - Conduct research to address customer concerns and provide accurate information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Prior customer service experience is a plus - Must be a resilient and motivated individual - Soft skills in presentation and research are desired
