Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Associate in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner 2. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about Qatar Biobank services 3. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution 4. Process customer orders and payments accurately 5. Maintain a clean and organized work area 6. Assist with inventory management and restocking products 7. Collaborate with team members to meet customer service goals 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits 2. Strong leadership and people management skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Previous experience in customer service preferred 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 7. High school diploma or equivalent
