Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven and independent, with a strong ability to work both cooperatively in a team setting and autonomously.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner 3. Process orders and returns efficiently 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience 6. Contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and procedures 7. Stay informed about company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 6. Experience working remotely preferred 7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
