Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Barwa Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a strong ability to adapt to changing situations, as well as a high level of motivation.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information 2. Assist customers with product selection and purchases 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 4. Process returns and exchanges according to company policies 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions 8. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve customer service processes 9. Participate in team meetings and training sessions 10. Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work well in a team environment 4. Highly motivated and adaptable 5. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools 7. Excellent time management and organizational skills 8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
