Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess the necessary personality traits of being adaptable and resourceful. The successful candidate will also demonstrate strong soft skills in communication and cooperation.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to all clients, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. - Coordinate with various teams within the organization to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. - Stay informed about company products and services to effectively address customer needs. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals and objectives.


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service. - Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with team members. - High school diploma or equivalent.
