Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Mall of Qatar is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to work from home in Doha. As an entry-level position, this role requires at least one year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resilient, with strong time management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide information about products, services, and promotions - Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately - Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required
