Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to viewers and subscribers of BeIN Sports. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and cancellations - Provide information about BeIN Sports products, services, and promotions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills - Adaptability and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
