Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Msheireb Properties is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team and work from home in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role is ideal for individuals who are independent, energetic, and possess strong cooperation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner - Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution - Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
