Job Description:
Ezdan Holding Group is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Associate working from home, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns through phone, email, or chat. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services. 3. Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues they may have. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Conduct research to identify opportunities for improvement in the customer service process. 7. Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills when dealing with customer complaints or escalations. 8. Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets. 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 10. Work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. 5. Dedication and reliability in meeting job responsibilities. 6. Strong research skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. 7. Must be able to work part-time hours. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup.
