Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a highly skilled Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support - Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure KPIs are met - Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures related to customer service


Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with a focus on driving results - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and motivated to achieve success - Emotional intelligence and adaptability - Experience working in a remote setting - Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
