Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Snoonu is looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional support to our customers. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. 3. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service levels. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service, with 3 years in a managerial role. 3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Confident and driven personality traits. 6. Proficient in negotiation and decision-making. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 8. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices.
