Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


BeIN Sports is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service department, ensuring excellent service delivery to customers.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train, mentor, and lead a team of customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media - Manage customer service budgets and resources effectively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
