Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess exceptional time management and emotional intelligence skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the customer service team, including hiring, training, and supervising team members. - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer support. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service management role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and collaboration. - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. - Experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies. - Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
