Job Description:
Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in customer service management at the mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing leadership and support to ensure excellent customer service standards are met - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback and coaching to team members - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members - Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service management - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
