Job Description:
Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Doha. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role will require a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be confident in their abilities to lead a team remotely, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes. 6. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. 7. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. 8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 3. Proven experience in project management and critical thinking. 4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 5. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 6. Proficiency in remote communication tools and software.
