Job Description:
Qatar Airways is currently seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics to ensure departmental goals are met - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer service-related issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for customer service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 5+ years of experience in customer service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration - Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Remote work experience is preferred but not required
