Job Description - Customer Service Manager


Job Description:


As the Customer Service Manager at Qatar Aeronautical College, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring that our students, faculty, staff, and visitors receive top-notch service at all times. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Monitor and evaluate customer service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures. 3. Train and supervise customer service representatives, providing ongoing support and guidance. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the customer service team.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong project management skills. 5. Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. 6. Adaptability and confidence in making decisions. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
