Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at Silatech. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach at all times. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for customer service representatives to enhance skills and knowledge. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative strategies for customer service excellence.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven track record of 7+ years in customer service management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong time management and organizational abilities. 5. High emotional intelligence and ability to handle challenging situations with grace. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
