Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the customer service team and ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure high quality service delivery - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance overall customer experience - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations of the customer service team


Requirements: - Motivated and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong time management and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in handling challenging customer situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
