Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team at Qatar Steel Company. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service and possess the following personality traits: resilience and passion. In addition, the candidate should have soft skills such as attention to detail and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience - Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train and mentor customer service representatives - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
