Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Manager to join our team at Qatar Airways. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor customer service performance metrics and implement improvements - Train and supervise customer service representatives - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
