Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Snoonu, a leading on-demand delivery service based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to work remotely from home. As a mid-to-senior level role with a requirement of at least 6 years of experience in customer service management, this position is ideal for a confident and resourceful individual who excels at cooperation and negotiation.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives in providing exceptional support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat. - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address customer concerns. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, including coordinating with the operations team to resolve delivery issues. - Conduct training sessions for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.


Requirements: - At least 6 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the delivery or logistics industry. - Proven track record of leading a team to achieve customer service goals and KPIs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
