Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Katara Hospitality is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing information about our products and services - Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty


Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality traits to effectively handle customer interactions - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills to address customer needs and concerns - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and other customer service software - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
