Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Qatar National Broadband Network is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Officer to join our team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position with a minimum of 3 years of experience, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing information about our products and services to customers. 4. Processing customer orders and assisting with billing inquiries. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identifying opportunities for improving customer service processes and procedures. 8. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5. Cooperation and project management skills. 6. Dedication to providing outstanding customer service. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
