Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team at BeIN Sports. As a part-time entry-level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. This role is perfect for someone who is resourceful and driven, with a passion for sports and a desire to excel in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Process customer orders and returns accurately - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent project management and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
