Job Description:
Qatar Rail is currently seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Doha. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing customers with accurate information about our services and products - Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Utilizing project management skills to prioritize and manage workload effectively - Demonstrating emotional intelligence when dealing with challenging situations - Participating in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong project management skills - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
