Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team at Mall of Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers remotely. This is a part-time role at the Associate Level.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product information and promotions - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong people management skills - Excellent research skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
