Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

QatarDebate is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will represent QatarDebate and serve as the first point of contact for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing information about our products and services to customers - Processing customer orders and returns - Maintaining accurate customer records in our database - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently - Excellent time management skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - No prior experience required, as training will be provided
